The administrative office is located at 430 West 35th Street, in central Davenport, Iowa. (Click the map at the right for a larger view.) This is near the North Park Mall and Lujack’s car dealership. The administrative office is on the ground floor level with a large, lit parking area. All entrances are handicapped accessible and handicapped parking is in the front of the office.
The administrative (Davenport) office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00AM-4:30PM and Wednesday and Saturday 9:00AM-12:00PM. Special arrangements can be made for other times. Appointments are encouraged for your convenience, however we will try to work you into our schedule. In home service is available as needed.
